Featuring an anatomical profile for all forms of off-road riding, the RK-1 PLASMA Knee Brace has been designed to provide comfortable knee support whilst remaining lightweight, breathable and protective. This brace features a Nucleon PLASMA knee protector encased in an innovative hybrid construction, consisting of a flexible composite over-injected onto a high performance polymer blend to provide superb construction rigidity whilst being flexible in the upper and lower webbing areas.

MAIN FEATURES:

• This knee brace provides optimal structural integrity and support while being ultra-lightweight and adaptive, thus reducing the risk of injuries to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and lateral and medial meniscus.
  

• The replaceable triple segment knee pads are constructed with a polyurethane outer shell supported by a NUCLEON Plasma protector for the optimal combination of impact protection, flexibility and scratch resistance.
  
• The self-centering brace and strategically placed upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of flexion or extension angles.
  
• The extremely stable and compact slim design four-point hinge system perfectly follows the knee joint while the extension stops, available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, help to set the knee brace to the desired maximum opening angle.
  
• The stainless steel bushings of the four-point hinge system have been subjected to an antioxidant treatment.
  
• Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material engineered with bio-based polymers and formed with a flexible construction in all directions, while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies. • The soft touch thermoformed insert ensures maximum comfort for the rider, keeping the brace firmly in place. Replaceable as a spare.
  
• The soft-touch thermoformed condyle insert is available in different thicknesses for a customized fit. Replaceable as a spare.
  
• Model equipped with four individual straps supported by a non-slip material to ensure that the brace remains firmly in place while driving.
  
• High strength buckles are strong yet flexible for easy strapping and adjustability.
  
• The central buckles are easily locked in the closed position by a snap-lock system.
  
• The internal central knee buckles are mounted internally within the constructions to avoid contact with the motorcycle.
