For many items, shipping is carried out within 24/48 hours.
Shipments are made with various couriers: GLS, DHL, SDA / Poste Italiane. We ship from Monday to Friday and process orders as quickly as possible. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we notify the customer immediately.

If the product description for an item you ordered says: " ... has been ordered from the supplier and will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock ", it means that the item is not available in the main warehouse. These items are usually shipped within 4-8 working days . The customer will still be contacted and updated on the estimated times within a few hours of ordering. If the wait exceeds the estimated time, the buyer can ask to cancel the order and receive a refund.
