HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
On globalstoremx, from the moment of delivery you have 14 days to request a exchange or return your order and another 14 days to ship your return.
CONDITIONS
To proceed with the return, the products must be in perfect conditions , without any signs of use, washing or assembly, with their original box and/or bags, labels, instructions and everything that was included. They must therefore be in the same condition in which they were purchased.
In the event of receipt of goods that do not comply with the return conditions or are damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund will be denied (with subsequent reshipment of the goods at the customer's expense) or partially carried out.
Gift cards are excluded from returns.
EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCEDURE
1. SEND THE REQUEST
To make a return, you must communicate to Global Store, within 14 days of receiving the goods, your desire to return them, using one of the following methods:
- by writing an email to info@globalstoremx.it
- via the customer contact form on the site
2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Who pays for the RETURN shipping?
The shipping of returned products is at the buyer's expense .
- You can send the return independently, organizing the shipment with the courier you prefer ( avoid NON-traceable shipments ).3. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place the product to be returned in its original packaging and wrap the package in brown paper, a plastic bag or a cardboard box. Use packaging that is appropriate for the type of product.
- If you have chosen to send the return yourself, you will have to send it to: Global Store, Via Nuova 11/A, 46010 Redondesco (MN) .
- If you have chosen to have our courier collect your package at home, you will receive a confirmation email of the collection with the label to print and apply to the package.
4. BE PATIENT 5-15 DAYS
To make an exchange or issue a refund, at least 5 to 15 days are always required, following the day in which you deliver the return to the courier. We kindly ask you to wait at least 10 days before contacting us to find out the status of the exchange or return.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
1. The products must be returned in the exact same conditions in which they were delivered (with the original packaging or boxes) and must not have been used.
2 . In case of exchange , the replacement product will be sent to the customer only after the product to be exchanged has been returned to our office.
3. In case of made , the reimbursement will be made by reversing the transaction on the Credit Card or PayPal. In case of payment by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to a current account indicated by the customer in the email with which the return is requested.
4. Products belonging to the Outlet category or purchased with a discount greater than or equal to 50% off the list price CANNOT be refunded and are therefore not eligible for return.
