Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Can I change the delivery address once the order has been shipped?
Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. If the address indicated is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be placed in Hold at the relevant branch (if the chosen shipping service allows it).
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, you can pay on delivery. The courier only accepts cash payments (NO checks or other payment methods). The service is valid only for Italy, for orders with a minimum value of 50.00 euros and up to a maximum of 999.00 euros (as provided for by DL 6.12.11, paragraph 1, art. 12, n. 201, Salva Italia law).
Can I collect the items at the Redondesco office?
Yes, you can place your order online and collect in store. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection before coming to us. Many items are usually ready for collection within 6-24 hours of placing your order. However, not all items are immediately available in the same warehouse and therefore processing your order may take longer, which you will be notified of as soon as possible (in these cases the average waiting time is 1-4 working days).
Can I change size?
Yes, if available, it is possible to exchange the size. If there is a difference in cost, it will be necessary to pay the difference in advance. The return shipping is at the buyer's expense, while the shipping of the replacement item will be at our expense (valid only for the first exchange. If another exchange is requested, all shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense).
You can also change size from abroad (European Union countries), but in this case all shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
The refund, once confirmed, is usually issued within 72 hours with the same method with which the order was paid. Sometimes it takes a few business days before it appears.
Can I order items that are not available on the site?
Yes, please contact us. If we are out of stock for a size, but it is available from the supplier, you can order it. We will let you know the price (which may differ from the price on the website) and delivery time. Orders to the supplier must be paid in advance.
How can I see where my shipment is?
When the goods are shipped, a tracking code is sent to the registration email that allows you to monitor every status update of your shipment. We invite you to report any anomalies found through the "CONTACT US" section.
What to do when receiving the goods?
Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check that the package is intact, that it has not been tampered with in any way during the journey and that the number of packages indicated on the transport document corresponds to the actual number of packages received. If one of the previous cases occurs, the buyer is required to sign the document with reservation and contact us promptly.
