The extremely lightweight Nucleon Flex Pro Level 2 CE and UKCA rated protector vest features a highly ventilated hybrid of Nucleon Cell and Nucleon Flex protectors for the optimum balance of force dispersion and flexibility, and a split Nucleon Flex Pro chest protector, with a soft-touch perforated mesh chassis for enhanced rider comfort. The rear protector offers full-length protective coverage and features an ergonomically contoured, dual-zone outer shell constructed from an advanced polymer blend with a solid Cell structure core flanked by a more flexible 3D Cell structure as the first line of defence; this is further reinforced with the Nucleon Flex technology layer on the centre back. In terms of construction, this hybrid technology combines the best properties of Cell and Flex technologies to create an ultra-protective solution that offers unrivalled breathable performance and maximum flexibility. 1. The Nucleon Flex Pro Ci removable split chest protectors are constructed from an advanced polymer blend for optimized flexibility and weight saving properties, while the chest protector construction offers the perfect balance between force dispersion and energy absorption. The chest protector and back protector are held securely in place by the breathable, soft-touch mesh frame which also offers maximum airflow for optimum rider comfort.
