- Boot structure designed with an anatomical forefoot and lowered toe box to improve shifting and feeling with the rear brake. - Innovative one-piece injected dual compound protection that integrates a steel plate and a rigid co-injected big toe protector. The structure is highly resistant to abrasion and impacts, improving the overall durability of the boot and its profile. - New dual compound sole seamlessly integrated into the base structure to improve durability, grip on the footpegs and feeling. The sole and footpeg insert are replaceable. - Upper made of innovative microfiber, flexible and resistant to abrasion. Upper area reinforced in PU to increase water repellency and durability and lighten the boot. The material used guarantees a consistent fit even with prolonged use, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. - Ergonomic plate protector on the heel injected in high-strength polymers to protect from impacts. Featuring Alpinestars blade flex system for precise control and improved protection for the heel and Achilles tendon, helps prevent hyperflexion. - New TPU ankle protection system features a biomechanical pivot between the lower and medial sections of the boot to help prevent injury to the leg by progressively dispersing torsional forces. - Alpinestars TPU shin plate and medial protection are constructed as a single piece for greater stability and structural integrity. The anatomically contoured shin plate features a dual closure system with an internal microfiber tab secured with Velcro® for a precise fit closure while the tough and durable upper plate is mounted with a precision adjustable buckle. - Medial TPU panel features a sophisticated honeycomb rubber insert designed to provide excellent grip on the sides of the bike while providing impact protection. - Large entry aperture – offers increased comfort and provides ample adjustment options and heel support. - Innovative buckle closure system with high-strength aluminum bridges, memory dials and a self-aligning quick release system for easy, precise closure and improved riding performance. The buckle straps are made of TPU to improve frontal flexibility.
