We ship worldwide by post or DHL.
All shipping services have a tracking number which is sent to the customer by email once the order has been shipped so as to keep track on the process.
We do not currently accept returns from non-EU countries, but we are working to do so in the future.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
150$ or 150£ is the minimum order amount if you are buying from outside the EU.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES (Non EU)
If you buy from a non-EU country, your purchases are exempt from VAT. But keep in mind that your country's customs may require you to pay import taxes.
As a buyer, it's your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. These import charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country.
Before you buy, it's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.
If you refuse to pay customs duties, we will be forced to pay them for you to avoid the goods being confiscated and held in customs.
Taxes and return costs cannot be refunded and therefore you may only receive a partial refund or no refund if the costs exceed the value of the order.
NORTHERN IRELAND (UK)
Northern Ireland remains subject to the same Value-Added Tax (VAT) rules on goods as European Union (EU) Member States.
On our website (globalstoremx.it), if you are logging in from the UK, you will see prices VAT excluded. But if the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, after completing your order, we will send you a request for payment of VAT (20% of the total order amount) within 24 hours.
